How does LimeProxies pricing work
There are two billing models, and which one applies depends on the proxy type rather than the plan.
Per IP
Dedicated datacenter and ISP (static residential) proxies are billed by the number of addresses you hold, for a fixed monthly period. Traffic through them is not metered separately, so heavy, predictable workloads have a predictable cost.
Per gigabyte
Rotating residential and mobile proxies are billed on traffic, because you are drawing on a shared pool of 40M+ IPs rather than holding specific addresses. You pay for the bytes you move.
Which is cheaper for you
Estimate the average page size of your target and multiply by your monthly request count.
- High volume, few IPs needed, tolerant target → per-IP is almost always cheaper.
- Low-to-moderate volume, many distinct IPs needed, defended target → per-GB, because holding enough dedicated IPs to get the same diversity would cost far more.
If your traffic estimate is far off in either direction, the numbers change — measure a sample run before committing to a large plan.
