How to enable username based authentication for the proxies

The authentication type can be changed from the "Account" tab in the Dashboard

The password for the proxy can be changed from the "Authorized User" tab where you will find the username as well
NOTE: The username cannot be changed

NOTE: Once updated, wait for 30 minutes for the changes to take effect
             The username of the proxy cannot be changed
